Apartment_ PARK TOWER
a house with more leeway in life
Since it's not a standardized apartment structure, it doesn't make a big difference
The focus was on efficient spatial organization tailored to the lifestyle of the client.
We planned to modify the space that was used inefficiently to increase the utilization of the space and to naturally lead to the movement of life.
Minimize artificial decoration and use the natural color and texture of the material
We have completed the atmosphere of a calm and natural space.
The kitchen is more than just a cooking area
It is designed as a central space that reveals residents' tastes and daily lives.
With a rough stone-textured 3M island as the point, it harmonizes with a warm wood tone
In consideration of the convenience of movement and the sense of openness of the space, a bar space where you can feel relaxed was constructed together.
정형화된 아파트 구조가 아닌 만큼 구조의 큰 변화를 주기보다는 클라이언트의 라이프스타일에 맞춘 효율적인 공간 구성에 초점을 두었습니다.
비효율적으로 사용되던 공간을 수정하여 활용도를 높이고 생활 동선이 자연스럽게 이어지도록 계획했습니다.
인위적인 장식을 최소화하고 재료가 지닌 본연의 색과 질감을 통해 차분하고 자연스러운 공간의 분위기를 완성했습니다.
주방은 단순한 조리 공간을 넘어 거주자의 취향과 일상이 드러나는 중심 공간으로 설계했습니다.
러프한 스톤 질감의 3M 아일랜드를 포인트로 두고 따뜻한 우드톤과 조화를 이루며 동선의 편의성과 공간의 개방감을
동시에 고려하여 여유를 느낄 수 있는 바(bar) 공간을 함께 구성했습니다.
